CHARGES

Prime Support Network is designed to save customers money and provide  a revenue stream for support engineers .

There are two charge aspects to our service - each designed to give you value for money

1: Premium Rate Phone Service: 
We have tried provide a viable mix to satisfy both customers and engineers, by keeping costs down, yet giving engineers an incentive to sign up and share their knowledge. Most of the available revenue from the phone service goes directly  to the engineer you are speaking to.  Several long phone calls are still a lot cheaper than a service visit!

Please Note - We operate an English speaking Voice Prompt Service.  For other languages search each engineers profile from the skills pages.

Call charges in many countries are restricted, and we abide by local laws and conditions to offer the service in each country.

2: E-Mail Subscription Service - a low cost remote support contract that provides email support direct from the participating engineer. Costs are determined by each engineer.
