How
much does the premium phone service cost ? - A fraction of
the other alternatives
The service is designed to operate on premium phone services
throughout the world. To operate like this we need to abide
by all the legislation in each country. This means
our calls are subject to regulation and vary in cost from
country to country. Some mobile networks charge more
for premium rate access so you may pay more than the

Whatever the cost it is very unlikely you will be charged
anywhere near the cost of a service visit.
How much does email support cost ?
This is determined by the engineer themselves and
advertised on their profile, along with their service
rates. After all they are the ones who have to respond
- we take a small operating charge. In effect, you take out
a low cost email response contract that each participating
engineer (or company) guarantees to respond within a certain
time period: To make this cost effective there has to be a 6 month
minimum term for this service.
How can I be sure
of the quality of the engineer ?
In most cases you
will already know the engineer personally or will know of
them. Our service is a way of paying for their time without going
through expensive contracts. We will have taken
up customer references on each engineer and these will be
made public if required as will any feedback we get. It is
in everyone's interest to offer good service levels with competent
expertise at a competitive price. We monitor service
levels on an ongoing basis and obtain feedback. (We can only make public the information we receive and not
judge the capability of any one particular engineer).
What if the
advice I am given is Wrong ?
Whilst we try to mitigate
this by checking out the engineers, it is up to you, the customer
to determine the suitability of the advice given by the
engineers for your purpose. As a facilitator we cannot be held
responsible whatsoever for any claim against us or the
engineer. We
cannot be held responsible for any errors or mis-information
given via our support network. As this is a third party service, (we just facilitate
the communication) we cannot be held responsible for any
patent, intellectual property, copyright or other infringement
of any rights or claims from anyone or any organization.
